The Trowal coating technology of small mass produced parts allows the coating of many different work pieces, taking into consideration various criteria of requirement.

The universal fields of application of the ROTAMAT cover the following applications:
  • Lubricant coating with anti-blocking or frictionless agent
  • Decorative coating
  • Coating with bonding agent
  • Coating for electrical insulation
  • Coating for corrosion protection
The coating of the parts takes place in a rotating drum protected by a sheet metal housing.
The lacquer is sprayed onto the parts with a precision spray gun.

For quick drying of the parts the pre-filtered inlet air is heated up to 150°C. The exhaust air is removed from the drum with a strong suction fan. The drum can be tilted for easy removal of the parts.
